Our methodology is efficient and transparent. Based on your request, we generally already know what type of intervention is needed. If anything remains unclear, we ask targeted questions by e-mail or phone. After this, we plan the intervention and we look on-site how to best address the issue. In the case of unclogging, for example, we define if a camera inspection is needed, or with a descaling whether a hydro milling cutter or a cyclone chain is more appropriate.
If it turns out that a repair is needed after the first intervention, we make a tailored quote and we schedule the works as soon as possible.
We deliver a report at the request of the client, mostly in the case of a camera inspection. You will always receive the video material and we give a clear explanation during the intervention: what we do, why we do it, and how to prevent future problems. If you still have questions afterwards, you can always contact us for extra advice or complementary explanations.
We are renowned for our fast service. In 95% of the cases, the unblocking is solved within the hour.
We are standby 24/7 for urgent interventions. In emergencies, such as a persistent blockage or odour nuisance, we come by the same day. For less urgent works as well, we try to schedule as flexibly as possible, even outside standard working hours. Contact us and we will find a moment at your best convenience.
We inject smoke into the drain. Where smoke is visible, the odour also escapes. We then use a sewer camera to pinpoint the root cause. Often, it is a crack or break in the pipe, but other issues can also cause odour nuisance.
Advice: Do you suffer from odour nuisance in the bathroom? Always check if the shower trap is correctly attached.
We adapt the descaling method to the situation. Often, we work with a rotating hydro milling cutter, taking the limestone away by means of powerful water jets. For spots that are harder to reach, like higher floors, we use rotating cyclone chains - a dry method that is ideal when a water hose isn't practical. Even though chemical descaling is also an option, we are not in favour of this, as it can damage your pipes in the long run. During the descaling, we always use a sewer camera to locate the limestone exactly and to eliminate it effectively.
A clogged pipe is something no one wants. Luckily, it's possible to prevent a lot of trouble by means of smart flushing behaviour. Don't flush wet tissues, grease or food residues, as they are the biggest troublemakers. Even 'biodegradable' tissues do more harm than you would expect. Give your pipes a fresh start by flushing a bucket of hot water every month. It's a kind of wellness treatment for your pipes.
A couple of simple actions allow you to keep your drains in top shape. Flush a bottle of vinegar per month in the toilet and leave it to soak. For the kitchen drain, use a mix of soda crystals and hot water to prevent grease buildup.
Sometimes, household remedies just aren't enough and it's time to call in professional help. Think about scaled-up drains and stubborn clogs, tenant changes, and buying or selling real estate.
No, we use safe methods respecting the integrity of your pipes. Whether we work with water pressure, chains or smoke detection, we ensure to maintain your pipes in good condition.

VAT rates vary depending on the service and the age of the property. For odour detection, camera inspections without unclogging, septic tank emptying, and rainwater pit cleaning, a VAT rate of 21% always applies. Unclogging (and any camera inspections during the unclogging) in properties older than 10 years is subject to the reduced VAT rate of 6%. For properties younger than 10 years, the standard rate of 21% applies.
